Sunday April 20th 7am and 11am
The congregation of the First Presbyterian Church on Washington Street has scheduled two services in celebration of Easter. All early risers are welcome to gather in the Mountain View pavilion at Rocky Gap State Park (west beach in the day use area), for the 7 AM service led by Pastor Alison Peters. Worship will include a reflection on the day and hymns with guitar accompaniment. Wear a warm coat, bring a blanket to sit on and celebrate this special day with other Christians as we worship surrounded by nature.
The 11 am service of the Resurrection of Our Lord will be held in the sanctuary of the church at 11 Washington Street. Pastor Alison Peters will lead worship that includes instrumentalists accompanying the sanctuary choir with special music. All are welcome to participate in our worship services.
