Sioxty-three-year-old Donald Lee Martin was arrested Sunday, after he allegedly tried to set the YMCA on Baltimore Avenue on fire. The incident happened earlier this month, and Martin was a resident of the facility. He remained jailed, without bail yesterday. Damages were estimated at $1,000, and the fire was quickly extinguished by residents. Martin was taken from the scene to UPMC-Western Maryland for a mental health evaluation.
