The Cumberland Mayor and City Council have delayed a decision about parking on Baltimore Street. Instead, they have agreed to hold a public forum that will include input from downtown merchants, organizations, Cumberland Police and city staffers. The public meeting will be held at 5 p.m. on January 28th.
