A woman who barricaded herself inside a Fayette Street home last week has been identified. Thirty-nine-year-old Kaitlynn Elyse Bruckner eventually surrendered to authorities. She had attempted to avoid arrest, after an indictment charged her with three counts each of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and CDS possession with intent to distribute.
