Eighteen-year-old Cumberland resident Daquan Ali Stepney is being held at the Allegany County Detention Center, following his indictment by an Allegany County Grand Jury. Stepney was originally charged with violation of probation. He was charged with CDS possession and possession with intent to distribute narcotics.
