W.V. GOVERNOR SAYS FINAL GOODBYE

Governor Jim Justice delivered his farewell address to state lawmakers this week.  The Governor, who will become a U.S. Senator next week, told legislators they were like great players on his team, helping the state reach new heights.  Justice spoke of economic gains, improved roads, and a renewed sense of pride in West Virginia during his eight years in office.  He wrapped up by wishing incoming Governor Patrick Morrisey great success, urging everyone to support the new administration.  Both Justice and Morrisey will be sworn into their new roles on Monday.
