The 23^rd Anniversary of the Service of Remembrance at the Flight 93 Memorial will take place this morning. The Moment of Remembrance will begin at 9:45 am and other events will follow, including the presentation of names, bells of remembrance and wreath laying. The service is being live-streamed via the Flight 93 National Memorial you tube channel.
