Cumberland resident Joseph Garris faces burglary and violation of release of conditions. Garris was arrested at a Boone Street residence; he did not have permission to be there. He was currently on pre-trial release due to a domestic assault between him and the victim. He was taken to Central Booking, and had been awaiting a bond hearing.
