Fortune analyzed over two-thousand cities using nearly 200 metrics, including livability, wellness, financial stability, education and resources for seniors. Fortune praised Silver Spring for its convenient location near DC, local arts scene, and diverse population. Chantilly, Virginia was ranked third overall.
