Cumberland is making city-owned real estate available for purchase through a sealed-bid process. The application process evaluates the vision and plan for a property in combination with an offer price. The goal is to return the property to the private sector for their highest and best use. Nine properties are open for bid until June 14th. Bid packets may be obtained at the Community Development Department, now located at 446 North Mechanic Street.
