NO CHARGES YET FOR DRIVER LINKED TO FATAL ROADSIDE CRASH

Pennsylvania State Police identified the victims in last month’s roadside crash south of Harrisburg that left three roadside construction workers dead, and the truck driver, whose identity has not been released, has not yet been charged. He apparently nodded off right before going off the road on Interstate 83 and hitting a parked vehicle.  The second vehicle, which was empty, then hit 24-year-old Jesse McKenzie, of Rockwood, Pennsylvania; 24-year-old Philson Hinebaugh the Third of Johnstown, and 41-year-old Robert Hampe of Meyersdale.  All three were declared dead at the scene.  The truck driver was not hurt.
