Cumberland resident Glenn Taylor Williams was served a bench warrant, as the result of Williams allegedly failing to comply with an order of the court. He was originally charged with reporting a false alarm for a fire, malicious destruction of property, and a violation of state fire regulations. He received a District Court hearing, and was ordered held without bond.
