Rachel Natalie Brotemarkle and Donald Joseph Pryor were jailed, following a Saturday morning incident in the 200-block of Seymour Street. Brotemarkle reported she had been assaulted by Pryor, while another female reported she had been assaulted by Brotemarkle. Ms. Brotemarkle was also found to be in possession of a suspected controlled dangerous substance. After their arrests, Brotemarkle posted a $3,000 bond, while Pryor posted a $2,000 percentage bond.
