Early in-person voting ahead of tomorrow’s primary in Maryland is reported as sluggish as more voters are choosing to mail in ballots and vote in-person on Election Day. The early voting period for the primary concluded Thursday, when almost 36-thousand voters went to 97 early voting centers statewide. A total of more than 156-thousand voters cast ballots during the early voting period this year — down from the 172-thousand who voted early two years ago.
