Forbes is out with its list of Worst Cities To Drive In and Baltimore makes the top 20. In making the rankings, Forbes Advisor compared the 47 most populated cities compiling data on driving safety, experience, cost of car ownership and access to car maintenance. Baltimore is ranked as the 12th worst city to drive in, followed by Washington, DC at number 13. Negative factors include frequent accidents, heavy traffic congestion and high gas prices. The worst city to drive in is Oakland, California followed by Miami, Florida and San Francisco at number three.
