Warrendale-based retailer rue21 is preparing to close all of their stores. The teen clothing chain filed for bankruptcy last week with plans to shutter all 540 of their locations. Going-out-of-business sales are being planned for the stores including the five locations in Southwestern PA. Those locations are at the Westmoreland Mall, the Uniontown Mall, the Monroeville Mall, the Mall at Robinson and at Sennott Square in Oakland.
