The Cumberland Mayor and City Council will hold a public work session and meeting tomorrow. The work session will get underway at 4 p.m. in the second floor conference room of the Allegany Museum at 3 Pershing Street; The public meeting will be held, beginning at 6:15 p.m. Meeting agendas can be found on the city’s website.
