Cumberland resident Ruby Caroline McCullough was arrested on a Circuit Court bench warrant for violating pre-trial release on a violation of probation charge. Her original conviction was for second-degree assault, where she received a four-year jail term with all but 92 days suspended and three years of supervised probation. She is currently being held without bond, pending her next court appearance.
