BRIEF BARRICADE SITUATION ENDS WITH ARREST

Jeremiah Wesley Matthew Rader was taken into custody early yesterday morning, following an incident which began Wednesday night. Rader is accused of discharging a long rifle and a handgun in the 15000-block of Packard Drive in Cresaptown. Rader was arrested just after midnight yesterday, following a brief barricade situation, with a female and a toddler were in the home during the incident. Rader was charged by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Department with assault, 11 counts of reckless endangerment, 11 counts of intoxicated endangerment, and two counts of firearms access by minors, among other charges.
