The two-days of testimony against Jefferson County commissioners Jennifer Krouse and Tricia Jackson has concluded. The pair are accused of disrupting county government after failing to show up for seven commission meetings last summer. A three-judge panel heard the case and is expected to make their ruling before the end of April.
