Tyree Lorenzo Hope of Baltimore was served a Circuit Court Grand Jury indictment on a host of gun and drug charges. Included in the counts against him are possession with intent to distribute drugs, having a handgun in a vehicle, and possession of a handgun in commission of a crime of violence. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
