Baltimore resident Dezmond Dwayne Whitfield was charged following a car crash Wednesday morning on North Centre Street at Market Street. He allegedly provided false identities to police and hindered the investigation. He was arrested and taken to Central Booking. He later received a District Court hearing and posted a $500 bond.
