Cumberland resident Demond Arthur Scott was served two Circuit Court Bench warrants for violation of probation. His original convictions include a theft scheme, where he was sentenced to five years incarceration with all but 2-years suspended, and also a charge of theft, where he received a 2-year suspended sentence with three years’ supervised probation. He was held without bond, pending a bail review for both cases.
