Governor Wes Moore plans to talk about his strategic mission for Maryland and what his office has accomplished over the past year when he makes his annual State of the State address today. In an online post, the governor also says he’ll describe his plans for making the state safer and more affordable. His address at noon today will be available on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and X — formerly known as Twitter.
