WV SENATE BILL WOULD ASSIST WINERIES

When you visit a winery you are looking for wine, not food.  SB-390 would help wineries by eliminating the need to sell food and allow them to focus on what they are good at, selling wine.  After the 27-to-6 vote the measure now heads to the House.
