Senator Joe Manchin is being recognized with a lifetime achievement award. The West Virginia Senator and potential No Labels Presidential candidate was given the award at the 34th Annual National Leadership Forum of the Community-Based Advocacy-Focused Data-Driven Coalition-Building Association. The CADCA is a substance misuse prevention organization. They honored Manchin for his dedication to fighting the drug epidemic in West Virginia and around the country.
