Eligible renters and property owners can now apply for rebates through the Pennsylvania Property
Tax/Rent Rebate Program. It offers rent and property tax relief to older residents and those with disabilities whose annual household income is 45-thousand-dollars or less. To qualify, residents must be at least 65. Widows and widowers 50 and older can also qualify. The household income cap was raised to 45-thousand-dollars last year in a bi-partisan bill that was signed into law by Governor Shapiro.
