A firefighter is in deep trouble for starting fires in Carroll County. Twenty-year-old Allison Creutzer was arrested for multiple incidents near Eldersburg last year. Acting State Fire Marshal Jason Mowbray said he’s disappointed, but her actions are not a reflection of thousands of other firefighters in Maryland. Creutzer faces several charges including second-degree malicious burning.
