Residents in western Maryland are dealing with poor air quality. A wildfire near the mountains of northern Virginia pushed smoke into the Hagerstown region yesterday. The National Weather Service issued an air quality alert that expired early this morning. Officials are urging folks to be cautious about spending time outdoors today as well.
