Literacy experts are working to improve reading instruction throughout the Old Line State. The Maryland State Board of Education and Maryland Accountability-and-Implementation Board announced a plan to help our children boost their reading skills. Literacy groups will work directly with each Maryland school district. Plans are in place to start the new project early next year.
