The Public Employees Insurance Agency Finance Board has received an ear full at their public meetings this week. State workers have been telling the board they can’t afford another rate increase, and the increase for insurance will nullify any wage increase they are set to receive. There is another public session in Morgantown tomorrow, starting at 6:00 p.m.
