MANHUNT CONTINUES FOR SUSPECT IN STATE JUDGE MURDER

The search for the suspect accused of murdering a Maryland Circuit Court judge is now an interstate manhunt.  Police and the U.S. Marshals Service are trying to locate 49-year-old Pedro Argote who allegedly shot and killed Judge Andrew Wilkinson at his Western Maryland home Thursday night.  Argote is considered armed and dangerous and he may be driving a silver, 2009 Mercedes with Maryland tags – GL-450.  Authorities say the judge had presided in a case that awarded custody of the suspect’s children to their mother. The U.S. Marshals Service says Argote has ties beyond Maryland that include Long Island, New York; Tampa and Clearwater, Florida; Columbus, Indiana and North Carolina. The Marshals Service is offering a reward of up to 10-thousand-dollars for information that leads to Argote’s arrest.
