Forty-two-year-old Cumberland resident Amanda Marie Luckett was served three warrants, including two Circuit Court warrants involving drug charges, and a District Court warrant for theft. A $1,000 cash bond was posted; unsecured personal bonds for $10,000 were signed in each Circuit Court case for her release this past Monday.
