Cumberland resident Nalesia McCauley was arrested on Industrial Boulevard Tuesday on two active arrest warrants. She was seated in a parked vehicle, but tried to flee the area, but she was apprehended a short time later. One warrant was from May of this year, when she allegedly provided false statements and identification in an active police investigation. The second was June when, on East First Street, she allegedly assaulted another woman. She was charged on those warrants, and for resisting arrest; Ms. McCauley is currently being held on a total $3,000 bond.
