Nineteen-year-old Cumberland resident Megan Renee Spencer was charged with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and related charges, following an incident last Friday. She reportedly took a vehicle from the 300-block of Industrial Boulevard, without the owner’s permission. She was not located then, but was taken into custody later. She was charged issued a criminal summons, and was released pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
