A member of the Maryland Senate is changing careers. Senator Melony Griffith has been hired as the new president and CEO of the Maryland Hospital Association. In a statement, Governor Moore said he’ll miss Griffith in the Senate. The 60-year-old also served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates from 1999 to 2015.
