Cumberland resident Tyrelle Donte Brown is being held without bond, after being arrested on an outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear on a previous robbery charge. He was also found to have suspected crack cocaine and fentanyl. He also tried to use a fictitious name to avoid being arrested. He received a District Court hearing and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center.
