Asma Mirza is the state’s first Chief Performance Officer. Governor Moore said Mirza will help design strategies to enhance service delivery to all Maryland residents. She most recently worked for President Joe Biden and the White House Infrastructure Implementation Team. Mirza earned her MBA at the University of Maryland.
