A former Somerset County 911 coordinator is facing felony charges involving rape of a child. Court officials say 30-year-old Bradley Lavan was arrested last week on charges he sexually assaulted five children, ages three to six, over a two-year period starting in January of 2021. Prosecutors allege that Lavan also used pornographic material to teach one of the children to perform sexual acts. In all, Lavan faces 39 charges. A preliminary hearing is set for September 12th.
