Alderson Broaddus University is now officially declaring bankruptcy. The filing was made yesterday in the Northern District of West Virginia Bankruptcy Court. The assets of the school will now be collected and sold off in an attempt to pay off creditors. The private university’s liabilities could be as much as 50-million dollars with roughly 10-million dollars of estimated assets.
