Water service will be interrupted in Cumberland from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. tomorrow for a valve replacement at Butler Alley. The area affected includes North Centre Street, from Baltimore Street to Frederick Street, Butler Alley to George Street, and Baltimore Street, from Centre Street to George Street.
