The Paint Creek chemical spill last year on the West Virginia Turnpike is still having an impact. Recent soil tests still show the chemical in much of the area. After the spill, which will be one-year ago next Friday, more than 30-thousand fish were killed and the drinking water in the area became undrinkable.
