Governor Moore is announcing new appointments to the Public Employee Relations Board. Speaking Tuesday, the governor said Michael Hayes will now serve as the chair and Erica Snipes is now the acting executive director. The board works together to make sure state workers get the protections they need and deserve by overseeing the collective bargaining activities. There are five members on the board.
