The city of Cumberland is auctioning off properties at 102, 104, and 106 Altamont Terrace is being made available for purchase online at www.GovDeals.com. The viewing of the property began yesterday, and will run through the end of the month. The auction itself begins on August 31st and ends on September 6th at 7 p.m. Inspections are by appointment only, and the property is eligible for the city of Cumberland’s Home Rehabilitation Grant.
