West Virginia Senator Shelley Moore Capito, Congressman Alex Mooney and Congresswoman Carol Miller have joined the fight to get the Mountain Valley Pipeline on track again. Earlier this week, Senator Joe Manchin sent a similar request to the Supreme Court urging them to reverse the lower court’s halting on the pipeline construction. Last month President Biden signed the bipartisan Fiscal Responsibility Act which should have given the pipeline the go ahead it needed. However, a lawsuit by The Wilderness Society created this most recent delay.
