Little Orleans resident Robert Leonard Steele has been charged with disturbing the peace, trespassing, failure to obey a lawful order and littering, following a Tuesday morning incident in the 800-block of Maryland Avenue. Steele had attempted to get inside a residence, and had thrown several items at the door. He was placed under arrest and eventually held on a $1,000 bond.
