Utility rates are set to rise throughout Pennsylvania, effective June 1st. This according to the state’s Public Utility Commission, which reminds Pennsylvanians that they have a right to shop for a supplier offering lower rates through the PA Power Switch website. Additional rebates, incentives, and discounts are available for people who opt to install energy-efficient items in their homes.
