Maryland gas prices are holding steady at more than a dime below the national average. Triple-A reports the statewide average for regular was three-42 a gallon on Saturday, the same as on Friday and eleven cents under the national average of three-53 a gallon. Three-42 was the average in Baltimore City while Baltimore County came in at three-40 a gallon.
