A 21-year-old Cumberland man has been charged with DUI and traffic-related citations, following a three-vehicle crash in the 900-block of Maryland Avenue Sunday evening. An investigation concluded that Damon Claycomb had been operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. He was placed under arrest and later released on DUI-related citations.
