Thirty-year-old Dillon Roy Nicholson was charged with drug possession, in connection with an incident earlier this month in the Elm Street area. Police were searching the area for another wanted man, when they contacted Nicholson. He was found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Following a District Court hearing, he signed his copy of the summons and was released, pending trial.
